1) We are unable to guarantee bookings if payments are received later than FOURTEEN days from the date of your BSM Registration email.

2) Your payment once received is NON-REFUNDABLE.

3) Please DO NOT make any travel or accommodation arrangements until you have confirmation of your marathon pass. This will be sent as a separate email usually within 72hrs of your payment being received. If you do not receive it for any reason let us know.

4) Once issued, the name on a pass CANNOT be changed, or transferred to a 3rd party.

5) We would clearly prefer for you to be with us, but as we have seen sometimes things happen that are completely out of our control. If you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as you can so that we can give your place to the next person on our waiting list. If GDPR permissions are obtained from a new participant, we may be able to assist you in ensuring that you don't lose your fee. Although this service cannot be guaranteed.

6) If you are unable to make a payment by the given date please ensure that you let us know by contacting teambirminghamSM@gmail.com, so that we can try to support you.

7) If you are buying a Sunday Afterparty Pass you accept that Full Pass participants take priority. If the event max capacity is reached with Full Pass participants, your Afterparty Pass can be issued on a first come-first-served basis. We may cancel and refund your Afterparty pass if we reach max capacity. We reserve the right to cancel your Afterparty pass at any time.

8) We now have added global uncertainty. Birmingham Salsa Marathon and its team members/employees/organisers cannot be held liable or responsible for any additional costs of flights, or any other related expense incurred by the dancer/pass holder in the event of the event being cancelled or rescheduled.

9) It is the pass holder's responsibility to check details of their pass and booking carefully. Any discrepancies should be bought to the attention of the BSM team at least 30days in advance of the event. The team will do their best to support as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can support you efficiently in the case of failure to notify BSM team within this time.

10) Birmingham Salsa Marathon and the organisational team reserve the right to cancel the pass at any time if required. In the case of a Covid-related cancellation your pass will be transferred to the next edition or you will be offered a full refund.

11) Covid condition: Birmingham Salsa Marathon and the organisational team are doing all they can within government guidelines, to keep you safe. The team reserve the right to refuse entry without notice or compensation to any dancers or visitors who are displaying symptoms of Covid, or who pose a contamination threat to the participants or staff.

12) By completing the registration and buying a pass you agree than you are over 18 years old.
